We were so unsure of what we wanted and needed when we were getting new doors and windows. Leanne and Craig had excellent ideas. They asked questions and made suggestions about things we hadn’t even thought of. The results were amazing. We have tinted windows in the sunny places and huge slider security doors with fancy heritage grills that let in plenty of breeze and no mozzies and are low maintenance. We have had Craig out twice now and have all new external doors and windows and have been very happy with our choices and best of all the quality of service given by Craig and Leanne. It is rare, but refreshing in today's world to encounter a small family-owned company that still prides itself on professional integrity and good old-fashioned service with a smile. We thoroughly recommend CLS Window And Door Solutions to any prospective customers, confident that they will not be dissapointed. Leanne and Craig are the consummate professionals and genuinely lovely people as well. The quotation was good value and Leanne suggested creative solutions that no other company had thought of. We had all our old timber-framed windows and doors replaced by CLS. Craig installed the new windows and doors on-time and in a positive, good-humoured way, despite the sometimes difficult conditions fitting them into our existing double-brick house. We were so impressed that we asked Craig to do our skiritng boards and architraves and he did an excellent job there too. We had a problem with one security screen that refused to cooperate and Craig came back three times until the problem was satifactorily resolved. Most other tradesmen would have been very annoyed with this, but Craig took it all in his stride and did his best to ensure that we were happy. Hats off to CLS for their great attention to detail and for their wonderful customer focus. We are thrilled with our new windows and doors that have transformed our house and we are more than thrilled to have dealth with CLS Window And Door Solutions. They made a major part of our complete home renovation look easy when in fact it was not.
